GO MARINE GROUP is happy to announce the formation of a joint venture with Opielok Offshore Carriers (OOC).
The new joint venture company, GO OFFSHORE Carriers Pty Ltd is 50% owned by the GO Marine Group and 50% owned by OOC Asia Pte Ltd.
Garrick Stanley, GM of GO MARINE GROUP commented on the new venture, “It gives me great pleasure to announce this joint venture with Christopher Opielok from OOC. Our first Vessel together is the GO COUGAR and will be mobilizing to Australia from Europe early February.”
The GO COUGAR is a PSV built by Aker July 2008. The vessel has an overall length of 73.6 meters and is powered by two 1980 KW diesel engines. The GO COUGAR is being converted to a DPII in 2010.
