Mal has been involved with the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry since its inception onto the Australian West Coast. As a vessel and company owner supplying services to the industry he has a wealth of contacts world wide that will open doors for your needs.  Mal has returned to the offshore industry following the sale of his previous business to a public company.  He has secured an experienced management team to provide a premium service to GO OFFSHORE clients and employees and take the next step as the Oil and Gas industry in Australia moves forward into the next chapter.

Managing Director– Captain Garrick Stanley

Captain Stanley has 15 years experience in the Bass Strait, Timor Sea and Norwest Shelf offshore Oil and Gas fields of Australia.  Captain Stanley was formally an FPSO Offtake Vessel Master prior to diversifying into construction work as a Dynamic Positioning Officer.  Captain Stanley understands the industry in which you want to succeed.

Brad George has spent the last 15 years in various roles in the Employee Relations field in Australia with the last seven of those in the Offshore Oil and Gas environments.  Brad holds a Bachelor of Business degree that backs up his wealth of experience in your industry.  Brad will provide you with expert crew recruitment, retention and reward strategies and an intimate knowledge of the workings of the Australian offshore employee relations environment.
