Managing Director - Captain Garrick Stanley

Captain Stanley has 15 years experience in the Bass Strait, Timor Sea and Norwest Shelf offshore Oil and Gas fields of Australia. Captain Stanley was formally an FPSO Offtake Vessel Master prior to diversifying into construction work as a Dynamic Positioning Officer. Captain Stanley understands the industry in which you want to succeed.

General Manager Operations - Captain Charles Milne

Charles has served 18 years as Master on a wide range of vessels. He has 14 years of shore management experience in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Prior to joining GO OFFSHORE, Charles held senior positions including General Manager - Operations, Superintendent in operations, crewing, HSEQ and has conducted many vettings and audits. Charles is experienced in many facets of the offshore industry and within the Blue water fleets from Chemical vessels, Gas vessels, Ro/Ro container Bulk and Tankers.

General Manager GO CREWING - Brad George

Brad George has spent the last 16 years in various roles in the Employee Relations field in Australia with the last 9 of those in the Offshore and Maritime Oil and Gas environments. Brad assists clients who manage their own vessels and rigs to secure the right crew for the job. Brad will provide you with expert crew recruitment, retention and reward strategies and an intimate knowledge of the workings of the Australasian offshore employee relations environment.

Crewing Manager - Lee Seubert

Lee has a background as a vessel Master working on the Australian Coast in the Oil and Gas Industry on various vessels including tugs, fast response, supply, AHTS, ROV and Survey vessels before taking roles as an operations manager and marine superintendent. With his background Lee is well qualified for the role of Crewing Manager – he understands the maritime oil and gas industry; the calibre of people required and the reward structures needed to keep them. His primary focus as Crewing Manager is to ensure our company managed ships are manned and managed as per statutory, company and client requirements.

Marine Manager Operations - Captain Rod Walton

Captain Walton is one of the Australian oil and gas industry's most well known figures. He is a Master Mariner, Senior Dynamic Positioning Officer, Deep Water Rig Mover, Marine Superintendent and has worked with or for the majority of vessel and rig operators in Australia. Captain Walton is your key to successfully navigating the interaction of rig and marine operations.

HSEQ Manager - Bill Kelly

Bill Kelly has been involved in the marine industry since 1978 with the last 21 years in the Offshore Oil Industry. He is a Class 1 Marine Engineer. He has held shore based operational positions including Technical Manager and Fleet Manager. Prior to joining GO OFFSHORE he was employed by the American Bureau of Shipping as a Surveyor, ISM and ISPS Auditor where extensive experience in Safety Management Systems was gained both within Australia and South East Asia. Bill’s qualifications include Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor, ABS qualified ISM & ISPS Auditor, Environmental Management Systems and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems Auditor. The combination of a background in the administration of industry statutory requirements and hands on experience enables a practical approach to ensuring that GO OFFSHORE manages its business and people in a safe manner.

Technical Manager - Mark Smith

Mark Smith is a Class 1 Chief Engineer with significant experience in all areas of the offshore oil and gas environment from working as a AHTS Chief Engineer through to commissioning an FPSO through conversion. Mark has trade skills and qualifications that back up his experience both onshore and offshore and deliver sensible, practical and best practice advice.
